Everything was great and clean, I appreciated staff and location. Check-in was simple.

Pleasant gorgeous hotel with magnificent location opposite of the main train station.

We did n't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, yet everything was superb. The staff there were hospitable and professional. They helped us get a shuttle to stations. This hotel was located in a central area so close to the train, the old city center.

A budget hotel with plenty of well-organised rooms to relax in. The venue is in a pretty nice area of Lucerne, minutes from a train station.

The property is immaculately clean; well-appointed rooms; comfortable bed.

The staff was absolutely amazing, the room was airy and the beds were big. Functional style hotel with antique furniture in the rooms. Ideal location in the centre, and 5 minute walk from an art gallery.

The staff is polite, the breakfast perfect, the ocation is best possible just off the train station, pier, the old town.

The entire staff was willing to help and brilliant! The offered breakfast was large and included lots of options. Exceptional location around 10-15 minutes walk from Alpineum Museum. Had a wonderful time.

The room was functional, had a bright bathroom. Roof top bar was adjoining. The pool was excellent and the views were particularly nice. Unbeatable location, just off bus terminal and train station, though the area itself was uninviting.

The staff were particularly busy, didn't expect that coming.

I liked that the lobby was welcoming.

Cute hotel, reasonably clean, terrific staff and the beds were amazing. Well heated rooms with great facilities. There was a fantastic restaurant, stores and a supermarket next door. The pool was lovely and the garden - beautiful.

I liked it, the hotel is spotless, has impressive location and staff. They made my stay fine. Breakfast had plenty of options, including bacon and cheese. Early check in and late check out...

Modern staff, tidy and tidy rooms. With quick check-in and fast check-out, this hotel was quiet. Not to mention that there was a public parking nearby. It made my trip to Lucerne a fabulous experience...

This hotel is ideal and it has outstanding location and people. All in all it's spotless place, they have extra comfortable beds. Friendly reception.

nice building, particularly good rooms and magnificent restaurant. lovely view, a great balcony, perfect bed, too. the irish bar was excellent and the staff were super. efficient check-in and friendly service.

The hotel was COMFORTABLE. Right by the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Within walking distance of Syrtaki, where you can have lunch.

The street, it was noisy.

so glad we choose it, it's interesting place for staying in lucerne.

Really close to a metro station to get everywhere quickly. One could dine at restaurants such as Syrtaki 5 minutes away:)))
